Full membership

Full Membership in ICLEI is offered to local governments and associations of local governments. Full Members of the Council have power to elect the ICLEI Executive Committee, revise the ICLEI Charter and establish policy direction for the organisation.

Application forms are available below. Simply print the form and return it by either fax or post.

Full members pay yearly dues based upon national per capita income and number of inhabitants of the local authority. To determine the annual membership rate for your local authority, refer to the rate table in the membership leaflet on the right.

Associate membership

Associate Membership is offered to State and National Government agencies and their departments, non-profit and non-governmental organisations, and individuals. Associate Members receive information, all of ICLEI's publications and special invitations and rates for ICLEI events and programmes.

Associate Members' yearly dues rates are based upon type of organisation and national per capita income. To determine the annual membership rate for your organisation, refer to the rate table in the membership leaflet on the right.

Associate Membership is not available for Local Governments or Local Government Associations.
